Once I met them, and got a sense of their very customer-first approach, I knew this was the team. We worked with a design plan, and together we made adjustments as needed. Every day the working area was cleaned up and swept at the end of the day. The work was scheduled to be done in 3 weeks - and it was. Anytime there were any changes to our plans (mostly made by my husband and I - called "scope-creep"), they were completely accommodating. The fees were very reasonable, and candidly a bit less than the others, but they all came in around the same ballpark figure. The team worked SO hard every single day- digging in hard clay, cutting trees, digging out roots, planting, watering systems, lighting, all of it. They are a full-scale team. These guys got the job done effectively and efficiently with minimal input on the small details they may have missed. At first we were hesitant because of the amount of reviews they had and we've been scarred in the past by horrible contractors not listening to our needs and doing what they pleased. Not these guys they actually cared and paid close attention to what we were looking for. They have a good eye towards attention to detail. If money is tight like most Californians ballin on a budget, don't worry they'll do their upmost to fit your budget and make it work out to the backyard of your dreams.
